Choose a step or play the example. Illustrative text; no recording or AI calls.

Begin in the message body.

Choose the recipient and subject yourself, then click the body. Start Nima with Right Ctrl and speak the message. Keep that field active until you finish so Nima can confirm where the text belongs.

The pill previews your words without changing the message during recording. Finish once, check the inserted passage, and send using your email app. Nima never sends it for you.

Give the draft a useful shape.

Turn on Layout (Paragraphs and lists) to put a greeting and paragraphs on separate lines without changing your words. It is optional and off by default. Add recurring names to your word list. For a recipient who uses another language, choose a translation target before finishing.

With Pro, Polish offers Formal, Friendly, Clearer and Shorter styles for a dictated draft.

Check the things a recipient will notice.

Read the names, dates, amounts and final tone. Translation and cleanup can make mistakes. If you switched fields or the editor could not be confirmed, use Nima’s Copy fallback.

Test the writing fields you use most with the Free plan. App interfaces vary; Nima does not promise compatibility with every editor, protected field or remote desktop setup.

A few useful answers.

Will Nima press Send?

No. It inserts a finished passage into a confirmed field. You review and send it yourself.

Can I dictate the same way in chat?

Yes, in supported chat writing fields. The same target checks and review-before-send workflow apply.
